The Victorians by A. N. Wilson
Flush by Virginia Woolf
Daniel Deronda by George Eliot
Three Men in a Boat by Jerome K. Jerome

As we pass Houses musing slow
If they be occupied
So minds pass minds
If they be occupied

He is the same cop. Only not.

Oh, God, I'm still laughing. The trailer for the American Life on Mars is hilarious! SO. VERY. SILLY. I'm glad I saw it (by accident and because I'm so curious I can't resist a ticky button - thank you, [info]intervain), I wasn't going to, I just thought I'd ignore everything about it but now I can't wait to watch the whole thing, it looks so tremendously craptastic... In fact it's so bad it's gone past good and back to bad again. No, really, the music, the ultra-modern cut action scenes, the WTF in fake!Sam's face... and O'Brian failing at being Gene? LOL

I can't believe I'm writing this but... bring on the Life on Mars!crack versions! This is going to be fun.

Right, I'm back to enjoy the not-so-hidden-by-now gay agenda in the last two Hornblower stories.

I feared you wouldn't ask!

Because she is so much love and because you can't stop me, now.

Annie Cartwright )

Yes, I'm still probably going to be away for a little while, but my connection was working so I took the chance. :P

Edit: I added a second version of Annie, with the police uniform and the little cute hat and all. I can't stop, I told you!
